Abstract Submission Guidelines
1. Abstracts should be original, unpublished academic work and written in English only.
2. Only Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) files will be accepted. PDF format will not be accepted.
3. The abstract must be submitted by email up to 15 August, 2026 to: abstract@iahp.health
4. The abstract must not exceed 250 words and should be typed on A4 paper with double spacing.
5. Include the following items at the top of the abstract file, formatted in Times New Roman, 14 pt:
6. The main text of the abstract should be in Times New Roman, 12 pt, in a structured format covering the following elements (where applicable):
7. The abstract should be a clear and concise summary of the research, allowing reviewers to assess relevance, quality, and linkage to the conference themes.
8. Each abstract will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and authors will be notified of acceptance via email.
9. At least one author of each accepted abstract is required to register for the conference to confirm inclusion in the program.
10. Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for Oral(PPT) presentation during the conference.
11. Presentation certificates will be issued only to registered authors and co-authors.
12. From the pool of presentations, the 30 best papers will be selected by the Scientific Committee for further review and editorial refinement and published in an edited book with an ISBN, in partnership with a reputable national/international publisher. Additional terms for publication will be provided by the Organizing Committee.
